Holy Family Catholic School enforces state and diocesan requirements regarding fingerprinting of all school personnel and parent volunteers. All staff and volunteers who have contact with minor children at a school site must be fingerprinted and/or have a background check.
Live Scan is done through licensed fingerprinting locations. The Diocese has implemented a procedure to obtain clearance to volunteer at school. First, you must submit a completed "Live Scan Applicant Information" form and send to Mrs. McDonald in the school office. The information from this form is then entered into the Diocesan database to create and print out Live Scan forms. You then take the Live Scan forms with you to a fingerprint location (provided by the school) to be fingerprinted. The cost to be fingerprinted is $57.

Safe Environment Information
As of November 1, 2017 the Diocese is no longer use the Shield the Vulnerable site to complete the online safe environment training. The new safe environment training is with Catholic Mutual Group. Here is the new link:
