APPLICATIONS FOR 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR

Pick up your application in the front office for new students.  Registration for returning students will be in March.

 


NEW REQUIREMENT FOR 2011/2012 SCHOOL YEAR FOR 7TH & 8TH GRADES

All students entering, advancing, transferring into 7th, 8th, 9, 10th grades will need proof of an adolescent whooping cough booster immunization call “Tdap” before entry into school in the fall of this year. Things to remember:

  • This is a state mandate
  • The deadline for this immunization is June 1, 2012.  No grace period can be given.
  • Students without Tdap booster cannot start school in August - No shot, no school.
  • Make your appointment now!
  • Have doctor update immunization record and bring it into the office for clearance
